The Help menu contains the standard Help menu items.

Opens Help for Homer. Alternatively, double-click the parent Help menu item.
About
Opens the About window (Fig. 45). The About window displays the current HomSoft and Server versions, alongside hardware (HW) and firmware (FW) details. The hardware identification includes the Homer model name and indicates if a STEIPA Ethernet/IP adapter is present (denoted by + ETH). The FW section lists the installed firmware version as well as the recommended version (Best FW) if not installed. Available Homer options are listed under the OPT heading, where the active features are indicated by 1 and the inactive features by 0. For a full list and detailed explanations of Homer options, please refer to the product data sheet. Always include a screenshot of this window when reporting problems.
